# The Tier System

Vestate's Tier System is a structured framework designed to empower individuals with tailored learning experiences and privileges as they progress within the Vestate ecosystem. In addition to providing full access to the standard privileges of the tier you are promoted to, it will be sufficient to stake the specified minimum amounts of $VES tokens to optionally obtain additional tier-specific privileges.

#### LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES:   Individuals at different tiers can access planned training sessions for free.

Example: A member in the first tier might choose a session like "How to Increase My Sales," while someone in a higher tier could opt for "Leadership Strategies."

#### PRIVILEGES AND BENEFITS:   Each tier comes with its own set of privileges, offering a customized experience.

Example: As you climb from Ruby to Consultant, expect personalized benefits that align with your growth journey.
